Pops performance in miniature!
M3, M5, M6 ... what was missing from this list for some time was definitely a little M1, - was called by BMW now officially "1 Series M Coupe" - with regard to his famous predecessor with the same name. The engineers at BMW M GmbH are mighty proud of their smallest M-racer who sends thanks to an in-line six-cylinder engine with twin-power turbo-charging and direct fuel injection whopping 340 hp onto the crankshaft. With so much power to back off even need a Porsche Cayman S!
As one of the first tuners in Germany, the company now offers Manhart Racing, around the engine tuner icon Günther Manhart, a completely remodeled 1 Series M Coupé. The MH1 Manhart Biturbo shines with a usual consistent performance to 415 hp, which catapulted him directly into the league of M3 coupe and Porsche 997 Carrera GTS. The house sports exhaust system including Down pipes and stainless steel mufflers not only provides a few extra horsepower, but also for an aggressive sound.
This is of course far from being final, as well as the power properly so, without much loss of traction can be converted into thrust, an in-house built Manhart Racing coilover suspension with specially tuned and a beautiful Manhart Concave One set of rims. The MHR exclusive forged wheel rotates in front and 9x20 on the drive axle in 10.5 x20, in combination with a 245 and 295 Conntinental contact5 sports tires. For more downforce on the front there is also a fine, hand-made carbon fiber front splitter, including the center pier. In the rear of the 1M Coupe Manhart donated a diffuser, also made naturally in high-quality carbon fiber fabric. A set of quality carbon mirror caps completes the exterior changes from perfect.
For the interior of the Coupé MH1 provide specialists from Geilenkirchen for sporty performance front seats for rear and a rear bench Alcantara, both finished with red stitching.
